These Terms of Service govern your use of DP Compass, operated by Apisoft, Serbia. By using the service, you agree to these terms.

Service description

DP Compass is an execution risk intelligence platform that helps organizations track goals, plans, and actions. Access is provided on a subscription basis.

Account responsibilities

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must provide accurate information during registration and keep it up to date.

Acceptable use

You agree to use DP Compass only for lawful purposes. You may not attempt to reverse-engineer, disrupt, or gain unauthorized access to the service.

Payment and billing

Paid plans are billed monthly or annually as selected. All prices are in EUR. You may cancel at any time — cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period.

Data ownership

You retain full ownership of the data you enter into DP Compass. We do not claim any rights over your content. Upon account deletion, your data will be permanently removed within 30 days.

Limitation of liability

DP Compass is provided "as is". We do our best to ensure uptime and accuracy, but we cannot guarantee uninterrupted service. We are not liable for indirect damages arising from the use of the service.

Changes to terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Significant changes will be communicated via email. Continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of updated terms.
